When love is in the air most couples can never even fathom the thought of a prenuptial agreement. They feel they will be together forever and that there is no chance they will get divorced. This reasoning is wrong because if something were to occur down the line that will lead to a divorce the financial back lash could be devastating for the partner who was not the "bread winner".
